Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed, we process the payment within 24 hours and then your order will be fulfilled. 

An order confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of placing, and a further email will be provided when you order has been dispatched (remember to check your spam!)

Please allow 2-3 business days processing time, and up to 2-4 weeks for shipping due to reproduction and high demand. Cancellation of your order or any changes in your order, including incorrect information, is only allowed up to 24 hours from your order time. If it exceeds 24 hours, we are not able to cancel or change the order.

It may also take slightly longer for countries outside the US (including US states outside the mainland). 

We will send tracking numbers for your packages to your emails address when we receive them from our carriers.

In most cases, tracking will be available. Sometimes shipping takes longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances or holiday periods. We thank you for your patience in these situations. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery.
